Welcome to The Quilted Cardinal.  Many of our designs are created using several different traditional blocks.  They are wonderful old time favorites that nearly every quilter is familiar with. They seem to add that sentimental connection to our past that many quilters find very comforting yet exhilarating.  We like to find exciting and unique ways to blend them together for an innovative twist to a traditional pattern that's both fun and easy to make.

Many of our patterns combine machine piecing with a little bit of applique.  All of our patterns have easy to follow step by step instructions for all skill levels.

In addition, all of our design samples are professionally machine quilted right here in our own studio as I'm also a longarm machine quilter.
